We’re selling our family trailer that we’ve made so many great memories in. It has been an amazing trailer that has provided us a very comfortable way to spend close time together and travel around Utah as a family. I work in construction and I’m very engineer minded and therefore I’ve done a lot of upgrades and fixes to the trailer that have greatly improved functionality and quality throughout. The trailer is in great condition and everything functions properly. Here’s a list of some of the key components:

• Distributed audio, interior and exterior\
• 32” TV and DVD surround interface\
• 14’ pop out they houses the sofa and table. Opens to create the spacious living area. \
• Love sofa that coverts to a bed, Futon style, storage underneath.\
• 4 person table with bench seating. Storage under each bench. Makes into a bed. \
• Standard kitchen with sink, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, 5 cu ft fridge. \
• Added under counter LED tape above and below for extra lighting. \
• Full size bunk beds ( I added a ladder and a handle for the upper bunk and reinforced the upper bunk for weight. Reinforced the lower bunk for weight. \
• Bathroom vanity and sink. \
• Separate toilet and shower/tub room\
• Main cabin lights changed to dimmable lights.

I’m sure I’m forgetting something but we have loved this trailer and are wanting to get into something a bit bigger in a fifth wheel platform. This can be your families next big adventure!
