I've got a very clean cab off of a 1987 Toyota pickup that had a manual transmission and a 22R federal emissions engine. This cab has almost no rust. All glass is good, no cracks in windshield. The only rust I can really find (that's not surface rust) is on the passenger floorboard. It's up toward the seat and not where your feet sit. Kind of an odd place. It's not bad but I did find a couple of soft spots with a screw driver. Floor is still solid overall though. Drivers side looks great. All cab mounts are in excellent shape. The interior is partially gutted. However, when I removed this cab I did not cut any wires under the hood or inside. Everything was unplugged carefully. The wiring harness is in tact. It is missing the pedal assembly (pulled it for another project), steering column, radio bezel, drivers side dash/cluster, glove box, door panels, etc. Drivers exterior door handle is broken and of course the window regulator is shot. Brake lines are also intact, I undid them rather that cut them. same with the fuel lines. I didn't even cut the e brake cable, It's in tact under the cab. This cab is ready to be put on another truck without too much trouble. I took great care to make this cab usable. Other than the patina roof, the paint is even in pretty good shape!
