No smoking, clean title, 1 owner, 4 wheel drive 2010 subaru legacy, 183k miles 2.5i with strong battery, bought in the last year or two

Still drives and works fine, but the engine light has now come on and there is an oil leak. I don’t know what exactly is wrong but a buddy of mine said it came back with several codes and could be a sensor or a fuse, or possible electrical issue. I would continue to use it since it still works and drives fine but it won’t pass an emissions test so I cannot register it. It can probably be fixed but I don’t know anything about cars and just don’t want to deal with it. It’s been a great car, always got oil changes through the dealership and replaced it with Goodyear tires a couple years ago and they still have plenty of tread left. I got the front rotors replaced as well. Other than that, it is all factory original parts and I haven’t touched anything on it. Interior could definitely use some Tlc but it’s not bad. Exterior- It has a dent in the back from a bike rack, some scratches on the side and one of the front vents is missing. The driver side mirror still works electronically but the plastic has been broken so it has been duck taped
