New generater, windless anchors, central air conditioning, 2 refrigeraters and a freezer on the front deck, large toy tank, two jet ski ramps. Annual maitenance fee = 2,500. Antelope Point turnaround fee = 1,700 We have week # 8 (the first week in July every year, Tuesday thru Monday).
