Moving and not taking this with us. We’ve had this for almost 3 years with no issues. The layout was ideal for us as we didn’t need/want any bunks. Queen bed. The table and couch convert to beds along with 2 recliners. It’s comfy and cozy! It has the Arctic package and includes tow hitch & sway bars. New tires when we purchased it, which are a little bigger for better clearance. Minimal use, unfortunately. Comes with pots & pans, dishes, silverware, counter top dishwasher, portable Blackstone, grill… all the chocks and hoses. Cummins Onan P4500i generator. Pretty much everything you need to head right out camping. Auto leveling. Super clean! 33’ with the hitch. Easy to tow. Asking $20,000.
