I’m a clean, respectful female professional looking for a well-maintained, comfortable basement rental or a shared home where I could rent multiple rooms to comfortably accommodate my small family for approximately one year while I build a spec home in Island Park.

My timeline is flexible, as I’ll be listing my current home for sale in the next couple of months.

A little about me: • Single mom to two wonderful, kind kids (ages 8 & 12) who are with me 50% of the time • One sweet Australian Labradoodle fully house trained and well-mannered • We live a quiet, low-key lifestyle and are usually settled in by 9 PM • I split time between Utah and Idaho • We love horses, skiing, and spending as much time outdoors as possible

What I’m hoping to find: • A clean, well-cared-for, safe, and peaceful home with a private bath and 3 bedrooms. • A respectful and welcoming environment • Ability to charge a Tesla (garage or outlet access preferred)
