Perfect for a high-end basement bar, office credenza, laundry folding station, or a premium garage workbench.

- Real Granite Top: 114" L x 18.5" D. Excellent condition.
- 4 Modular White Cabinets: (2 drawer units, 1 shelving unit, 1 double-door unit).
- Total Dimensions: 114" Wide x 30" High x 18.5" Deep.
- Note one cabinet has a broken foot and needs repair

MANDATORY FOR PICKUP:
- Vehicle: You will need a full-size truck bed or a trailer. This will not fit in an SUV.
- Labor: This is real stone and extremely heavy. You MUST bring at least 3 strong adults.
- Handling: The slab must be carried and transported on its edge (vertically) to prevent snapping.
- No Assistance: I am unable to assist with any lifting, moving, or loading.
