This has been a really hard decision, but I’m hoping to find the best possible home for her. Tika is a 7-year-old pure Shiba Inu who was once my dog. When I moved out, I wasn’t able to bring her with me due to allergies in my home. She’s currently staying with my mom, but unfortunately the situation isn’t working out. She’s spayed and will come with all of her things!
Tika does have some food aggression with other dogs, and since my mom has a much smaller dog who is afraid of her, it hasn’t been a good fit. Because of this, she would do best as the only dog in the home. She does well with older kids, but wouldn’t be the best match for a home with small children.
She really needs a home where she can stay active with regular walks, space to run, and someone who can give her the time and attention she deserves. She’s currently a bit overweight due to limited exercise, but she walks great on a leash and would love to be your adventure buddy.
