We are clearing out an estate this weekend. There is a large volume of items for sale and we are needing to completely clear out the townhome.

Thousands of items for sale. Most items marked $1 each, or fill a grocery bag for $10. Larger items will be priced as marked. Many large totes priced at $15 for the entire tote.

• Many, many pots, pans, baking utensils and kitchen accessories. The previous owner had a catering business for many years, so there are numerous kitchen appliances and specialty cooking accoutrements.
