We have loved this trailer. The kids are older and moving out so we don't use it. Hard to find one under 30 ft with an actual bunk room. It was so nice to be able to shut the door when the kids needed to change or take a nap, and it has a table so they can play games while I used the kitchen table to get dinner ready. Plenty of storage space. Brand new pads for 2 of the bunk beds and new mattress for the Queen bed up front.

We did take the outdoor kithchen out so we had somewhere to put our blackstone (not included) Which will give you more storage room outside.

Everythnig we purchased is included!! You could go camping the day you pick it up.
