Selling our 2004 Myacht houseboat. This is a single owner boat, not a time share. Located at Wahweap marina in slip I-54. All aluminum, not steel pontoons. Two bed rooms, one bath. Fully remodeled kitchen. The overall length is 48 feet. The slip is currently $675 a month. That includes 50 amps of power year round, and drinking water during the season.
We purchased the boat in 2016. It has been a fun project to work on and play on. The engines run fantastic. They are twin 60 HP Mercury outboards. Nonetheless, the majority of our use has been as a slip condo, and tying up our 23 foot surf boat to the stern.
