VenmoSelling a 22-inch Toro Recycler push mower with a 6.5 HP GTS engine and Personal Pace rear-wheel drive. Condition: The mower ran great and cut well until the pull start recently went out. It currently does not start because the pull cord/recoil mechanism needs to be fixed or replaced. Selling "as-is" for someone handy with small engines who wants an easy project.
