Trailer mounted offset smoker/ grill

Main chamber 270 gallon. 5' long and 3' diameter. 40" X 26.5" sliding top rack. 35" X 52" bottom rack. Removable in two pieces. 20 square feet of grill surface area. Gasket sealed, counterweighted lid with tripple hinges and hold down latches. Temp gauges on each end. Large ball valve drain underneath. Grill height smoke collector with twin 4" smoke stacks. Independent rain closers at chest height. Main chamber has a sliding divider door at the fire box entrance. This helps control heat and can be raised and lowered by turning the wheel on the left, outside end of the main chamber. Sliding pin holds the door in place at selected height.

Fire box Cowboy style. 27" long and 24" diameter. Gasket sealed lid. 16" X 22.5" upper sliding rack. Lower rack for briquettes/ wood elevated off bottom for air flow underneath. Independently controlled, double 6" X 3" butterfly style intakes. Temp gauge mounted in the lid.

Grill Two burner propane grill on the back side of main chamber. Half griddle and mounted propane tank are included. Trailer 3500 lb. Easy lube axel with 10 ply tires rated at 1535 lb each. If desired, axel can be moved forward/ backward to adjust tongue weight. Front of trailer has a tiangular fire wood/ charcoal storage box. One foot tall with 1" screen and solid bottom. Standard 2" ball hitch. Safety chains. 4 pin wire connector and LED lights. Swiveling jack with wheel.

This smoker is extremely versatile. Pre-seasoned and ready to cook for a large event or a small family.
