I have a shinco portable air conditioner 3 in one with wifi. I got it in an auction and it was a return. Im pretty sure it was returned because the hooks to wind up the cord are broke. I tested it and it works great. There are some scratches sown in pictures. It is also missing the remote but you can control it on the unit or download the app and control it on your phone.
