To answer your questions: YES it is street legal. NO it does not go in water.

This is built on a 2004 Honda Reflex 250cc. (Also called a NSS250.) If you didn’t know, a Honda Reflex is a scooter, so no it’s not fast.

It will do 60 mph though so can still get you around without the freeway. Not like that matters, I know you’re just going to be picking up girls on State street and it easily does that speed, even while you’re giving them rides.

If you don’t know how to ride a motorcycle or scooter, this is not for you. It has its quirks, but you seriously cannot stop smiling while you ride it.
