This is a Steelman Oven with passthrough doors. The interior size is a little over 8'x8' by 10' deep and heats to over 400 degrees in less than 10 minutes. Steelman is, in my opinion, the best made oven on the market. They are built in Texas and the couple of times we had a small issue, their customer service was amazing. We no longer need this one because we bought another of the exact same oven just longer. This oven is over 100k new. We got it 3 years ago and it has been amazing. It should last someone a long time.
