We bought this for our practice with the intention of using it for full mouth restorations etc, still haven't had any cases to use it with. It's collecting dust - hopefully can find a good home. It was used 2x during the installation so the rep could demo it. It comes with an ultra quiet air compressor in a sound proof box (we spent a couple thousand on the compressor) as well as the Hyperdent nesting software ($6500 purchase as well).
