VenmoI am selling two everberring strawberry varieties: Seascape, and Eversweet (all organically grown). $10 gets you a box of at least 15 live plants freshly dug out of the ground. Please give me a 30 minute notice before you arrive so i can dig them out of the ground for you. I'm convinced these are some of the best varieties you can grow on the wasatch front. Once I found these, I got rid of all my June bearing varieties. These varieties will have a huge harvest in early June but then continue to produce all summer, right up to the first frost. In 2025, I picked strawberries up to the middle of October. Did you know one cup of Strawberries has more vitamin C than an orange. both of these varieties taste much sweeter than anything you can buy at the store. Here is more about each variety: SEASCAPE: This is a very productive plant with decent sized berries and produces well even after the beds become overgrown. Many years ago, I kept them in a grow box for 5 years and they were still producing great on year five. (for most strawberries, its recommended to transplant them to a new spot every 4 years to avoid root crowding). As a test, I have also grown Seascape in a greenhouse and had ripe berries in the middle of January! Seascape also multiply fast, quickly filling any space you give them. If your goal is food security, this variety won't disappoint. EVERSWEET: This variety produces medium sized berries that are slightly sweeter than Seascape. The small plant is great for growing in pots or patio planters. They don't multiply that fast but are the best producer in the late summer. I harvest more berries from this variety in October than Seascape. The stems are short and that tends to keep the fruit up off the ground and avoids rot if you have them in an overly damp location. NOTE: I'm an Organic gardener and my plants have only ever seen my sandy soil and a sprinkling of compost once every spring. That's it. These varieties are robust and easy to grow. Gardening Tips: \
