Some scraps on the back corners (pictured). No other issues.
Dimensions are 8 ft long, 29 in tall, 4 ft deep. With coushions on, the seat is still 32 in deep.
Couch is located on the 3rd story (two flights of stairs and an elevator). Must be willing to pick up.
