The counter top is 47.25" wide and 22" deep, the cabinet itself is 46" wide. In good shape just redid my sons bathroom and don't need it anymore. It is all removed and ready to go. The cabinet fronts are real wood so could be done.Counter top is some king of polished stone. Sink is Kohler and faucet is Moen (faucet is included)

NOTE: You must bring your own muscles to pick it up we CAN NOT help you move it. It is on ground level though. You will need to go down two steps on the porch.
