This is a solid concrete bird bath or it could be used for other applications it has a base and a top both are made out of solid concrete it's heavy and very stable in excellent condition see pictures for details and dimensions I didn't have a tape measure on hand but you can zoom in and get a measurement from the level I used if you can't make it out asking all give you the measurements!
