I have the title. Has (2) 5k lbs axles. Bottom deck is just under 22 feet long and top deck is just under 8 feet long. Its ready to be made into anything you want to build on it. Has a rear receiver towing hitch. Tires are in great shape. Car hauler, tiny home, utility trailer, camper or much more. Its currently located in salt lake city but I can deliver from moab to Pocatello as I travel to those places often. Firm on price so im not interested in low ball offers.
