Great spin bike from Diamondback, a brand known for making quality fitness equipment. This thing is built like a tank - heavy, solid, and smooth to ride. If you’ve ever taken a spin class and wanted that same feel at home, this is it. The handlebars adjust to multiple positions so you can ride upright or get low and aggressive depending on your workout. Seat adjusts up and down as well to fit different heights, and it has toe cages on the pedals to keep your feet locked in. The console tracks your basic stats and the resistance knob gives you a wide range from easy cruise to full grind. These are not cheap bikes new and they hold up for years.
