Heartland 22 FBS travel trailer. Sleeps up to 6 people. Queen bed, sofa conversion bed, and dinette bed. Large countertop. 2 TVs. Has been an excellent trailer for my family. I am the original owner. I have made a few upgrades, but it is mostly original. Upgrades include: Lithium Ion Batteries, residential mattress (only has about 14 nights of sleep on it) and new tires (have around 1000 miles of use). Total miles on the trailer is around 7000 miles. Dry weight 5500 lbs, max weight 6800 lbs, hitch weight is only 395 lbs dry. The low hitch weight helps to reduce squatting and makes for an easier tow. Wide track axles help it track when towing. This would be a great trailer if towing with an SUV or 1/2 ton truck.
