Clean title in hand. This trailer is in fantastic shape for the age. The inside looks like it’s brand new. The outside has typical bumps and bruises for the age, but everything is solid, sealed, and ready to go.

Has a main bed with a bunk above it, the couch turns into a bed, and then the table turns into a bed. The bunk sleeps 1 person and the other 3 beds could sleep 2 each. The slide out works great and gives you extra space.

I put 5 new tires on last year. They have less than 500 miles on them. I also replaced the awning fabric last year. Batteries are in great shape. They’ve been on a charger all winter. One propane tank is full, the other is around half full.

The trailer is currently winterized, but for serious buyers I’d be happy to de-winterize it for you to see everything working.

I also have a stabilizer hitch for it that will be included. Also has an electric tongue jack, so it’s easy to get hooked up.
