It's been mostly unused for a while, but still holds a tune. Unused Elixir 80/20 strings included, as I'd recommend to replace the strings for a renewed vibrant sound. The instrument sounds great; I got it from a local guitar teacher a few years ago who vetted it.
Also included is a guitar case with backpack straps and 260+ page book: Picture Chord Encyclopedia.
