Everything works great and it’s been a super reliable setup for me. No soft spots or water damage, and both the AC and furnace work really well. It has an enclosed underbelly so it stays comfortable in any weather.

All electronics and plumbing work great! New bathroom hardware. Large awning, outdoor kitchen, and sound system for the summertime. Power jacks and stabilizers make for an easy setup and take down. Large grey, black, and fresh water tanks to minimize emptying/filling trips. Slots for two batteries and two propane tanks. Tons of storage space and a convenient rear entry door.

Throwing in my $1200 generator! Lightly used.

There is minor cosmetic wear on the arm rest next to the couch.
