I'm not sure if there is a market for this, but we are ripping up our front yard and replanting with drought tolerant plants. Rather than wasting the sod, I'd rather give it to someone that needs it for their own yard project. It's in decent shape but has some weeds here and there, like any established lawn. Approx. 20'x40ft area.
My neighbor is doing the same thing, so there will be 2 front yards with of sod. Approx. 20'x40' area.
Ideally, you would cut and haul it yourself.
