We bought this last year because we needed a place to stay while our home was being renovated. We ended up not needing to use it. We bought new sheets for it. Cleaned it up and winterized all the water lines. Everything works on it. AC/Heat, water pump, fridge, microwave. Although my daughter tried to use the microwave and said it turned on and everything but didn’t heat the food. So I don’t know on that one. I took a can of sealant up on the roof and resealed everything. Might need a new battery but works great while it’s plugged in. I also installed two new smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
