Selling our tent trailer - we have loved having it but the kids are older and we just aren't using it so we're ready to pass the torch to new owners. Just cleaned it and went through the systems to make sure everything is working.

Here's what we loved:

• Sleeps 6 well, 7 if you have little kids. \
• The smaller dining/sleeping area fits a pack and play really well without the cushions for when our kids were little little \
• We loved using the stove outside most of the time (except in bad weather) and both tables work outside as a prep space.\
• The fridge is much better than your average tent trailer fridge and runs off propane or electric. it has a small icebox/freezer.\
• The height of the counter is also higher and the sink doesn't have to flip down like some a models do.\
• Good amount of storage under the seats.\
• Outside faucet/shower if the kids get too dirty you can hose them off, it's hooked up to hot and cold water.\
• It has a hitch on the back that you can put a bike rack on (2").

We've always cleaned it before and after each use. While we've had it we've mostly parked it under a carport (until last summer). We had the wheels/bearings serviced. Added electric brakes. Fixed little things here and there. It's obviously not a new trailer but it is ready to use now or to do some improvements on and put your mark on it.

It leaked when we first bought it but we spent a good amount of time cleaning, caulking, and waterproofing. We haven't noticed any leaks since then.
