Physical appearance is like brand new, no wear and tear, batteries are degraded probably 40% but still has lots of life left- lithium Ion Phosphate last longer. can be discharge down to 10% also, plus the extra battery storage .Very safe and stable chemestry. Solar power them up, or plug in the wall charge. Easy to use, very nice unit

BTW. knowlegable about batteries you can easily replace all the cells (inexpensive high quaulityLife PO4 $500-$1000) after these run dry and have virtually a new sytem. also with the New briefcase solar pannels alone are worth $1200 never have seen day light.
