1999 Komfort 24fs 4 season 5th wheel, 27ft long, 2 solar panels, no leaks or water damage. tires replaced last year, one trip on them. new faucets, all lights inside and out are led, has a hitch on the back but is not wired. resealed the roof and windows last year as preventive maintenance. batteries are only a couple years old, water pump was replaced a couple years ago. wheel bearings inspected and replaced last year. 2 30lb propane tanks. The furnace and A/C works great, also has a catalytic heater that uses no electricity to run. fridge and stove/oven work great. I have a rack that holds bikes and kayaks that is available if wanted.
