STILL IN BOX!! NEVER INSTALLED. Had my regular water heater stop working a few months back. Purchased this one because the technician was unable to respond quickly however; after researching my old one, I discovered it only needed the thermocouple cleaned!!! MUCH EASIER THAN INSTALLING THE NEW ONE. I had another grandbaby born and could use this money elsewhere. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
