CashAppWe’re seeking a skilled and versatile general contractor to complete a range of maintenance, repair, and light modification tasks in a warehouse and cold storage environment. This project involves both equipment servicing and minor facility improvements, so candidates should be comfortable working across mechanical, electrical, and structural scopes.
Scope of Work:
- Install a condensation catch tray above a freezer unit
- Clean and service compressor units
- Locate and replace the air filter and oil for an Ingersoll 2340 air compressor
- Reattach a protective cover on an electrical circuit breaker (north side)
- Inspect exterior north wall lighting, identify the fixture with a photo sensor, and repair as needed
- Repair the ramp/lip on a second freezer unit
- Organize and securely mount a Wi-Fi router near an outlet (northeast corner of freezer area)
- Disassemble and relocate a walk-in cooler eastward within the facility
- Cut a structural beam between warehouse sections (north and south wings) to allow forklift access (requires proper equipment rental and adherence to safety protocols)
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in general contracting, facility maintenance, or industrial environments.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration equipment, and structural modifications.
- Ability to safely handle tools and equipment, including torches and cutting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
