Very clean pop-up trailer in great condition for the year. The battery is fairly new the tires have plenty of tread. It has the following features:

-1 King pull out bed -1 Queen pullout bed -2 twin beds made with the two dining areas -Furnace -ice box -sink: this has a hand pump faucet. It was broken when we purchased it but never replaced it because it wasn’t a big deal for us, but I have a replacement for it. -several power outlets -two-burner gas stove which can be mounted on the outside -an extra tow hitch jack with an extra wheel for the jack -two propane tanks with a cover -wheel chocks(a little worse for wear but still very functional) -trailer dolly -all lights have been upgraded to LED

This trailer has been well taken care of. The interior has been redecorated, but if you like the original colors the wall paper can be removed. There are no leaks and I just resealed the roof at the end of last year. There is a very slight amount of water damage on the front roof from a while back.

The title is a rebuilt title because a tree fell on the back slide out bed several years back. The slide out and canvas was all replaced and there was no other damage to the trailer, but because of that it is a rebuilt title.
