Josie is a well-started, versatile mare who's ready to go in any direction you ask her to go. She has exposure to the rodeo environment, competing in Little Britches rodeo, where she has consistently ran in goat tying and trail course over the last year. She has been started on breakaway and has exposure to the barrel and pole pattern.

She is smart, forward-thinking, and willing to try new challenges; she has plenty of spunk as a mare does, but consistently tries her best to please. Josie is not only athletic — she’s trainable, fun, and versatile. She’ll make a great youth rodeo mount, a pattern horse prospect, or an all-around performance partner. She’s got enough foundation to build on, but is still young enough to shape into whatever discipline you choose. Whether you want to focus on breakaway, barrels, all-around rodeo events, or your next trail riding steed, Josie has the tools and attitude to succeed.

She is up to date on dental care, vaccines, and is on a consistent farrier schedule. She stands well for the farrier and is easy to work with on the ground. She is good to haul alone or with other horses. However, she does need an intermediate rider who will help her to fulfill her full potential; with that being said, she is beginner-friendly.
