With only 31,500 miles, this RV runs and drives better than new (See Details). The 27N is among the shortest, most maneuverable Class A RVs available, and, due to an excellent floorplan, sporting 3 slides, the LX 27N is shockingly spacious inside! You will also enjoy the kitchen's large counter space and huge storage. With its short length and tight turning radius, this RV is at home in National Parks, USFS Campgrounds, or just Boondocking. Our RV has been stored inside for most of its life and has seen exceptional care, maintenance, and upgrades. Winnebago has a reputation for quality and excellence. 2016, was the first model year for 6-speed Transmission, and of course is a pre-COVID build. The LX is the premium version of the standard Vista, and includes many exterior and interior upgrades, with just a few listed below. -Full Body Paint, All Original -Nice Norcold Refrigerator, 3-burner Atwood Stove, Whirlpool -Microwave/Convection Oven -3 TVs, one big screen Smart Fire TV, one outside and one in the bedroom -Deluxe upgraded cushions and mattress -Auto Leveling Jacks, which are capable of raining the tires off the ground, should the need arise -The Drivetrain, Suspension and Electrical have been completely upgraded. See Below -And of Course, there have been many improvements to, “Make it Our Own”
What's the downside? Not much really, the naugahyde upholstery shows wear (common in, “Used RV's”), and the rear tires are near the end of their life, (the fronts are great, near new). This is equivalent to 2 plus Group 24 deep-cycle lead-acid batteries. -AC output, 2,400-Watt, 20-Amp 120-Volt, AC inverter -DC output, 430-Watt, 30-Amp, 12-Volt DC -Capable of changing 0-80% Capacity in 45 minutes! -Solar Input, 740 Watts of roof-mounted Solar panels 180x4=720w -Bluetooth control and monitoring using the Blueti phone app -Ohan 4,000 Watt Generator (191 hours) -CHASSIS: 2016 Ford F53 -ENGINE: Ford 6.8L V10 -5 STAR Tuning engine tune for Regular Gas, huge increase in midrange 2-3k rpm torque. -TRANSMISSION: Ford TorqShift 6-speed The Transmission has upgraded programing for vastly improved performance both under power and when decelerating. -REAR AXEL GEARING: The overall gear radio has been changed from 4.30 to 5.38 for lower overall gearing. Although, this was an expensive change, WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The New lower radio far better utilizes the Transmission Radios. You can use 6th gear and the Cruise Control regularly. Before the change, it would rarely allow 6th gear, and the Transmission would constantly hunt for the right gear, often between 4th and 5th -HANDLING AND SUSPENSION: The F53 Chassis is known for less-than-perfect road manners, but THIS ONE IS VERY DIFFERENT! I have installed virtually all the aftermarket suspension upgrades, and the driving experience is a night-and-day improvement. The only reason this was practical is that I was able to install the parts myself. A pair of the latent large body Koni front shocks, & a quad (4) Koni arrangement in the rear. Front Safe-T-Plus Steering stabilizer. Heavy-Duty sway bars Front & Rear, a 2nd rear aft facing sway bar. Rear Panhard bar Front trailing arms Sumo Springs Front & Rear for added control and Capacity.
