ZelleBe my guest in a fully furnished one bedroom or 2 bedroom condo (sleeps 4 or 8)) for a 7 night 8 day stay at the Grandview Las Vegas Resort. An RCI Gold Crown Resort. Check-in is on Saturday, April 4th. Check-out is Saturday, April 11. The one-bedroom is $490 for the week. The two-bedroom is $750 for the week.
Each one bedroom condo includes a full kitchen, separate bedroom w/king bed, Jacuzzi tub, family room, with sofa bed, two flat screen TV's, washer & dryer.
The Resort is located about 6 miles south of the "Strip" hotels. It is next door to the South Point Hotel and Casino. The resort features 5 pools, including a children's pool, hot tubs, exercise room, 9 hole miniature golf course, several grilling stations, computer room, WiFi, and free parking. (No RV's or boats).
South Point Hotel features several restaurants, movie theater, bingo, bowling alley, and a full service casino.
TERMS: Minimum age to check-in is 25 years old. Payment in advance. No cancellation or refunds once booked. No smoking or pets in the condo. There is a one-time $50 resort fee charged at check-in. There are no other fees or taxes. The resort will require a $250 security hold on a major credit card that will be refunded within 48 hours of check-out. Pick your preferred check-in date, but there is limited availability. Stays shorter than 7 nights are charged the weekly rate. Please call or text with any questions.
