I have a room leased until July right across the bridge from UVU. It is a clean and quiet apartment with its own private bathroom, free laundry and clean kitchen. It leases for $750 a month but I will pay for anything over $550 a month, losing money to help someone out. There is a free parking area, but it is limited and there are lots of other paid parking options. I am moved out and April is paid to this point. Serious inquiries can call for more questions.
