We bought this trailer with undisclosed water damage in summer 2023. Initially the damage was only seen on the inside, the wall warping and becoming soft. Now there is visible damage on the exterior. It is not worth it for us to fix because we don’t get it out enough. Used once last year, before the exterior damage was noticeable, and has been covered with a tarp when not being used. New damage noticed Oct. 2025 when re-covering with a new tarp. There is also damage to one of the storage door hinges from the previous owner closing the awning on it. The door still works, just needs to be lifted when closing. Would probably be an easy fix, it’s just never bothered us. Scuffs on the exterior are from ratchet straps holding our old cover on. Doesn't have the couch, TV's, or a mattress, or one of the chairs. Comes with a king pin stabilizer. toilet replaced in 2024, and so was the water pump. Also comes with line heaters you'd have to install yourself. We have the 5th wheel hitch we used with it we are willing to sell. We want it gone!
