I will have a housing voucher soon so rent is guaranteed. I am a great neighbor and tenant. I am 50 yr old woman with a well trained and behaved service dog. (I have her ADA card) I am not physically disabled so I do not require those kind of accommodations. I NEED the apartment to be UNFURNISHED. I have all my things in storage to furnish the entire apartment. I need a bathtub in the bathroom and Washer and Dryer preferably IN the unit. At the very least needs to be on site.

I am extremely neat, tidy and have zero bad habits like drugs, drama, etc. I also need reasonable public transpo available because at the moment I do not have my own. I would prefer a private owned cottage or guest house, but corporate owned complex is fine. Need access to yard for my dog if it's private, if complex, just safe place to walk my dog early morning and at night.

Looking for a complex or private owner that can comply with accepting housing voucher. Orem, Vineyard, Lehi, Pleasant Grove preferrable. Apparently Provo doesn't qualify? I am looking to get everything approved and "Ducks in a row " to move by late APRIL
