The Evolution of the Build

Solving the "Soft Floor" Problem Contractors were tired of standard 3/4" floors soft-spotting under the weight of heavy tool chests or palletized materials.

• The Custom Fix: We started doubling the floors and tightening the steel crossmember spacing.
• The Contractor Edition Standard: You now get 12" on-center spacing and a Double 3/4" PlexCore floor (1.5" total thickness). It’s essentially a bridge deck inside a trailer.

• Double 3/4" PlexCore™ Flooring (1.5" Total): Two layers of water-resistant, high-performance decking. This is designed for high-PSI loads like pallet jacks or heavy machinery that would crush a single-layer floor.
• 3/4" PlexCore™ Sidewalls: Doubling the standard thickness allows you to mount heavy-duty shelving, tool racks, or workbenches directly to the walls with maximum screw-holding power.

High-Output Lighting & Power

• 30-Amp Electrical Suite: Includes a motorbase with twist-lock connect, 25' power cord, 30A service panel, and two 120V outlets. This is "plug-and-play" power for chargers, saws, and diagnostic equipment.
