PayPalThe vest is very light weighing in at 7.5lb with NIJ Lv. III plates front and back. The material is ultra high molecular weight polyethylene also known as Dyneema or UHMW-PE. It can stop rifle rounds including 5.56 and 308 Winchester and other rounds that are similar in size.
The bulletproof helmet weighs 4lb with all attachments. Rated for handguns only it will not stop a rifle round but that is completely normal for this type of gear because one that could would be too heavy and bulky and the impact of rifle rounds would kill or vegetate you anyway. It is designed to protect from lower velocity projectiles and other threats.
Open to reasonable offers and individual purchases. I have access to multiple sets as well if you’re looking to gear up the fam and I am 100% open to giving you a discounted rate for multiple sets. I also sell setups that are fully decked out with electronic ears, lights and other tactical equipment/attachments at a slightly higher price point.
