This house is in great condition. My dad is a builder and built it for one of my dogs. It was only used for a year and sadly my other dogs have all been to big for it. It has been sitting outside on bricks so it wouldn't rot. Some of the paint on the door could be touched up with white paint. It was built with siding board and tin for the roof.

It measures 32" x 38" and is the perfect size for a medium or small dog, it is well insulated for keeping them cool in summer and warm in the winter. Built to last.

I live very rural and could possibly meet in the surrouding area's.
