We have slept on this Casper Nova for about three years (we bought it very lightly used, so in total it’s probably a 4 year old mattress) and we are now upgrading to a new mattress. Check out Casper technology. They make certain areas of the bed more firm than others to help support back and sides, depending on if you’re a back or side sleeper.

It took us a few nights to get used to it initially, so keep that in mind.
