They are friendly, cold-hardy, and often lay 150-200 medium-to-large light brown or cream-colored eggs annually, making them ideal pets and backyard foragers.

The Speckled Sussex is a popular, 100-year-old British heritage breed known for its stunning mahogany plumage with white, black-tipped speckles. These friendly, curious, and docile birds are excellent, cold-hardy dual-purpose chickens, laying 200–250+ medium-to-large brown eggs annually and providing high-quality meat.

Bred the two because they have a similar look and to try and make the Jubilee genes more accessible since the breed is hard to find.
