For your consideration is Phillipson's highest grade of bamboo fly rod built between 1952 and 1954. The kit includes a butt section and two tips (bamboo usually came with a spare tip), the original sock, and the original tube. Not only is this a collectible, but it is a fine fishing rod. This would make an ideal rod for someone wanting to try bamboo. This is a very nice small to medium stream taper. Rod is in excellent condition with great ferrule fit.
