This trailer is honestly in amazing shape for the year especially. Just minor Cosmetic stuff but nothing crazy. 0 leaks. Everything works great. We used it constantly the last year at our property and then was parked in Mesquite for the winter and used 2x a month at motocross races. Super spacey for the size especially. Has one small slide out at the couch the slide out does rub a little on the top corner by one of the walls we aren't sure if it fell slightly off but it goes in and out just fine. Water was recently in it. Table turns to a bed, couch pulls out, and bed in the back bedroom: lots of closets.

The awning did rip but it does include the new awning we just haven't put it up because we never pull it out.

Tires in great shape and has a brand new spare. No generator.

Batteries have been good we had a little solar panel that worked amazing (30 on amazon)

Not really interested in trades unless it's a small truck with decent mpg or transit connect small ones, something my son can use for moto since diesel is so expensive.
