We premanufacture all wall sections indoors in a controlled environment and inject with R40 fire rated closed cell polyurethane foam. These are framed wall panels with king and jack studs, headers to code and 4" electrical boxes where indicated per plans with 3/4" conduit to wire. Panels are then injected with high pressure insulating foam. Finished panel is stronger than a framed wall and stronger than a sip wall. A better way to build!
