This is a shop built with two 40 foot containers. One container has been remodeled into a very nice office and the other one is used as a storage area. In between there is a canvas roof. We would sell the building by themselves or if preferred the three-quarter acres lot that they are sitting on is also for rent for $2000 a month. Don’t worry it’ll be totally clean before we sell it. I also have connections with a few guys that could move the containers if necessary for an extra charge. we would accept cash cashiers check or wire transfer for payment.
